This workshop is open to all current students (regardless of program), but not open to the public.
In this workshop we will be learning what Kickboxing sparring really should look like, Safe, Controlled and Fun! Most of all SAFE.
We will focus on fun effective drills that will sharpen your skills while making sparring fun and accessible to everyone!
Required equipment:
16oz Gloves / Shin Guards / Mouth Guard / Groin Protection
