MKG International Martial Arts Madison Check In Procedures (Effective June 1st, 2020)

MKG Int'l Martial Arts Madison – New Check In Procedures

We are taking the first steps back and this means we have to be careful. There are a few things that have changed to ensure a safe training environment.  We have put several new procedures in place to ensure that you can be confident that your safety is our utmost priority.

First of all, when you are ready to return to training, every student is required to read, understand and sign an additional waiver that addresses COVID-19 related items.  Click here to download and print our New Covid 19 Acknowledgement and Disclosure Form. Please bring this completed form when you return to in-person classes.

When you decide you are ready to return to classes here are the new protocols that you should be prepared for. Thank you for your patience with these extra steps. If you come prepared it shouldn’t be a big deal!
