They worked very hard and being, First Time Listeners, Staying Focused, Believing in themselves and never giving up during their test on Saturday!
We missed Theo and Isla but they will have their make up test next Saturday. I am sure that they will do their classmates proud!
We had some sad news this weekend. . .
This weekend we lost a very big part of the MKG family. . .
Brendan Westwood, was MKG International’s Director of UK/European Operations. Under the passionate and determined watch of Guro Brendan, the MKG International organization grew a from a single MKG branch in the UK to 20 schools spanning all the way to Italy. His passion for the mission and method of Guro Rick Faye’s MKG Method was obvious to all who knew him.
He was respected and loved by everyone in the MKG family. His presence will be sorely missed.
Brendan loss his 6 year battle with cancer on Sunday morning. He left behind, his lovely wife Zoe and 2 young boys.
He will be greatly missed and not forgotten.

Make sure you have a partner and have your version of MKG 60 ready!
The Gym will be open at 8:00 am for you to warm up and get ready!
The event will be begin at 9:15.
First Session – 9:15 – 10:15 am
Break – 10:45 – 11:15 am
Second Session – 11:15 – 12:15 pm
You will be able to break up your MKG 60 anyway you want. You just must be continually moving for 60 mins. (Holding Pads does not count)
