Friday Night Martial Art Workshop
What a blast! Guro Diana hit it out of the park! Double Stick, Single Stick, Striking on the Focus Mitts and Thai Pads and even some grappling. And to top it off, in honor of the UFC debacle, Multiple opponent drills! Thank you to everyone that attended!
Women’s Self Defense Seminar
Although, it was smaller than expected, it was exactly what was needed. Guro Diana was able to cater to the specific needs of the women that did attend. All of the ladies did great! Thank you to all the gents who donated their time (and bodies) to give the ladies a chance to test their new skills under stress.
Candy Donations are graciously accepted in the front desk area.
(Candy MUST be store bought and individually wrapped for safety)
We are also looking for volunteers for set up, game attendants, and tear down.
