Last week, we laid out the plan for when Mr. Josh will be recovering from surgery; schedule changes, instructor substitution and the like.

We did receive several questions on when these changes were going to begin. I apologize for any confusion.

The schedule changes will begin as of Monday, March 19th

This is about 2 weeks away. This schedule will continue through (at least) Sunday, April 15th. Some of the adjustments may continue after that.

We hope that the schedule adjustments will cause very  little disruption in everyone’s training.

Beginning Monday, March 19th . . .

MKG Littles

  • Saturday 9:30 am (No Change)

MKG Kids –

  • Mondays 5:15 pm class time only (all MKG Kids are welcome)
  • Wednesday 4:15 pm class time only (all MKG Kids are welcome)
  • Saturday 10:00 am class time (As usual)

Instructors will be Mr. James, Ms. Alana, Mr. Cole and Mr. Trey will be back to help out also.

Adult Programs

No changes in classes, dates or times with these 3 exceptions:

  • Jun Fan/JKD will be on Fridays at 6:30 pm (instead of Saturday Morning at 11:15).
  • Saturday Phase 1 Class will be moved to 11:15 am – 12:30 pm
  • ADDING – Skill and Drills Grapping Class on Saturdays from 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm
  • Weekday morning classes will be discontinued during recovery.

Josh will be thankful for any prayers, well wishes and good vibes for he and his family during the surgery and recovery.

  • MKG Kids – Muhara Drill: 3 Person Circling & Grappling: Tilts and Turnovers

  • MKG Phase 1 – Double Stick Drills – Knee Reaction Drills

  • Phase 2 – Hubud (Ins and Outs)
