Game Week was great!

Hope everyone had fun with Game Week. It was great to all of the kids unwinding and having a blast play games. 

It was also good to see our future MKG Kids (MKG Little) joining in the fun with all of the big kids. 

This week, we are starting a NEW BLOCK at a NEW TIME, 4:30 pm! And We will have the whole gym!

And please make sure to give Mr. James and Ms. Alana a big thank you for running such fun games this week.

Last week I proposed a new series, “2 mins or less Tutorial Tuesday”. It seemed as though it was well received.  We also got some great ideas  and topic suggests in the comment of the video. So I think I am going to give it a shot! 

Starting tomorrow ( and every Tuesday ) I will be putting up short videos (2 mins or less)  that will help shore up or turbo charge your training. 

Remember these topic will be just my opinions and how we do things at MKG Madison. I would love to hear you input and any suggestions you have topics on the future!

Thank to everyone that added your voice by responding to the survey!

After going over all of the responses, what came out is that you were interested in have classes on Friday nights, as long as they are earlier in the evening.  Also, it seemed as though most were interested in having a Foundations type class and a focus type class.

So as of June 1st we will be doing adding these classes to our Friday schedule!


4:30 pm – Stick To It Fitness

5:30 pm – *NEW* Muay Thai / Thai Boxing Focus Class


These classes will be on a trial basis through the summer and let us know what you think.
